As Chief Operating Officer, Nestor oversees the day-to-day operations of Torrado Construction, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Working closely with clients, project teams, and field personnel, he helps coordinate resources, maintain schedules, and drive successful project outcomes across the company’s diverse portfolio.
Joe supports Torrado Construction’s continued growth by building client relationships while promoting a strong culture of safety throughout the organization. His focus on business development, strategic partnerships, and jobsite safety helps position the company for long-term success while ensuring every project is completed responsibly.
